Terms of Service

1. Business use

Pal Plus Business is intended for authorized business and developer use. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, your users, credentials, integrations and activity performed through your account.

2. Sandbox and Live

Sandbox is for testing and may use simulated behavior. Live operations can create real financial and fulfillment effects. Keep the environments and their credentials separate.

3. Credentials and security

API secrets, signing secrets and account credentials must be protected. You must rotate or revoke credentials if compromise is suspected and must not expose server-side secrets in public client applications.

4. Pricing, balances and orders

Company-facing prices, balances and order states shown by the platform are the operational reference for your account. Availability and upstream execution can change, and an accepted request is not always equivalent to final completion.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and may not use the platform for fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, prohibited goods or services, credential sharing, harmful automation or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Suspension and changes

Access may be limited or suspended when needed to protect the platform, users, providers or third parties, or when required by operational, security or compliance concerns. Platform features and these terms may evolve over time.
