Do I need approval before using Sandbox?
No. New business accounts receive Sandbox access immediately and the first Sandbox API key is created during onboarding.
How does Live activation work?
Eligible companies can self-activate a 30-day Live trial. The complete business profile is requested before the trial deadline to keep Live access active.
Which currency is used?
Pal Plus Business uses USD as its business-facing currency. Company prices are shown in USD.
Can a company see provider cost or Pal Plus margin?
No. Companies see their final business price. Internal provider cost and platform margin remain private to platform management.
Are Sandbox and Live keys the same?
No. Credentials and operational data are separated by environment to reduce accidental production impact.
What if I forget my password?
Use the Forgot password option on the company sign-in page. A secure reset link is sent to the eligible account email.
